Our Story...

My name is Cindy, and I am the founder, owner, and operator of GirlsHorseClothes.com.    My daughter has been obsessed with horses since just after she turned two.  When she started pre-school, I thought it would be fun to get her some clothing with horses.  It was hard to find!  I then turned to eBay, where I did find a few items made by high end designers.   I bid and lost and bid and lost again and again.

Later, I happened to see an outfit in a department store with a horse theme.   I quickly bought all the pieces they had in her size.   I then remembered all the items I had been outbid on, and realized there must be plenty of people out there like me - living with a horse obsessed girl, and wanting to find some great clothing featuring her true love.   So, I purchased another set of the same outfit in another size, to see if I could sell it

I did sell it (without any profit), and, I was hooked!   Not only on the idea of creating a business around my daughter's favorite thing - but also on finding MORE items for HER.  Since then, I have become more and more experienced in how and where to source items, and have had enough success to be able to purchase items in quantity - allowing this to become a viable business undertaking.   I am currently working towards having horse themed clothing manufactured, to add the the selection of items I am able to source.
