Returns/Exchanges
Items may be returned in the condition received for exchange or refund of purchase price within 21 days of receiving.   If you need more time when buying a gift, just let us know.      Please contact us, or simply mail the items back to us, including the name your order was shipped to.   
To Exchange, please contact us so we can set aside the item you would like in exchange.   When we recieve your item, we will cover the shipping on the new item. 
To return a gift, we will be happy to send an item in exchange, issue a merchandise credit, or refund the purchaser's payment.  Please contact us by phone or email.

*Note - 1st class mail is usually least expensive, and any envelope will do.  You may reuse the mailer your items arrived in, or reuse any envelope large enough and sturdy enough for the items.

To Change/Cancel an Order:  
Please email Orders@GirlsHorseClothes.com, or call us.    If your order has not yet shipped, we will make the change, or refund, as you choose.   If your order has already shipped, you may return the items as described.

Order Mistakes
Should Girls Horse Clothes happen to make a mistake with your order, please let us know right away.   We will send a postage paid mailer to return the item(s).   Your full payment will be refunded upon our receipt .
